The patient access department is available for the resgistration and scheduling of all patients. The patient access department is staffed seven days a week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. on weekends. The nursing department is responsible for registration when an admissions clerk is not available. Pre-registration is now available online.

During registration for medical services, information and authorization will be needed for your medical record and for financial arrangements. Please bring any insurance materials including all health insurance cards with you.

Other helpful information to bring with you includes a list of all medication currently taking, medical history, and a copy of your advance directive if applicable.
