Driving Directions

From Jackson take the US-45 Bypass North/Keith Short Bypass (it becomes US-45). Take US-45 North toward Milan. Turn Right on E Van Hook Street/US 79. Continue on US 79 through Mckenzie. Right on Hospital Drive.

From Nashville take I-40 West to Exit 108/Parkers Cross Roads Exit. Take the Hwy 79 South exit toward McKenzie. Follow for approximately 10 miles then take McKenzie Business District Exit and Left on Hospital Drive.
