Initial Sign-Up (optional) $40 (one time fee)
(Includes Body Fat Analysis, Exercise Program Set-up, and First Month's Fee)

Wellness Member Fee: $20 per Month
(No Contract, No lab and No Orientation)
Additional Family Members get discounted price of $10 per month with a full-price Wellness Membership in the family. Family Member is defined as individual living in same household.

Students (Ages 16-25) $12 per Month
(Bethel Students need Student ID)
13- to 15-year-olds welcome with adult supervision and guardian consent signed.

Senior Circle Member - $15 per Month
(Free at Designated workout times only.)
